Dogs are charged at £30 a dog with a maximum of 4 dogs unless by prior arrangement.

A refundable good housekeeping deposit of £450 will be added to every booking.  This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure if the property is left in good order.

Excess electricity charges may apply if allowance is exceeded.
